The Putnam County Veterans Services is able to transport veterans who live in Putnam County, Ohio to & from scheduled appointments at VA Medical Centers. Individuals interested in using this service need to contact the office to schedule a ride. When requesting transportation, you will need to provide your name, phone number, date & time of your appointment, & clinic location. We will contact you prior to your appointment to confirm & coordinate your pickup time.
